A majestic place, we loved its simply wonderful location. Moreover, Zoo was 5 minutes' walk away. The room was very specious, warm enough and the bed was comfy. Fast check in and friendly service.

The room had ugly views.

The location and staff were just nice. I got free upgrade and liked it. Kindness of hotel staff. An in-house restaurant was cosy. Stayed here before and I would stay here again.

It was a great place to stay in Krakow. Absolutely gorgeous view, a small balcony, fine bed, too. Reasonably good breakfasts, I enjoyed fresh bread, scrambled eggs, milk, cheese and jam. This GREAT BUDGET hotel had a remote setting.

I loved staff and location. Room had a luxury bathroom and terrace, microwave and big windows. Eco-friendly hotel set in the domestic area. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was excellent.
